Individual therapy with Anna is a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and understand what’s keeping you from feeling grounded, confident, or at ease.
Her approach integrates Gestalt, IFS, and gentle mind–body awareness to help you notice how your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations work together. As you build this awareness, patterns become clearer, and new ways of responding—with steadiness, compassion, and choice—begin to emerge.
Common areas of focus include anxiety, work stress, relationship patterns, burnout, and major life transitions.

For couples who feel distant, misunderstood, or caught in repeating patterns, therapy offers a space to pause, understand what’s happening underneath, and rebuild connection with intention.
Anna helps partners notice how emotions, reactions, and bodily cues shape their interactions — and how these patterns develop over time. With greater awareness, communication becomes clearer, empathy grows, and both people can feel more heard and supported.
Her work integrates Gestalt presence, IFS parts understanding, and gentle mind–body awareness to create a steady, honest space for meaningful change.

What is Gestalt Therapy?
Gestalt therapy focuses on building awareness of your here-and-now experience — thoughts, emotions, and somatic cues — to understand how you organize responses to stress and connection. Anna helps you observe patterns as they emerge in session, such as how you manage discomfort or adapt to others’ needs. Working experientially often reveals relational tendencies that are hard to access through insight alone. This present-focused approach supports clearer boundaries, more regulated emotional responses, and greater authenticity in how you relate to yourself and others.
What is IFS?
Internal Family Systems, or IFS, offers a structured way to understand the internal “parts” that shape your emotional and behavioral responses. Protective parts often work to prevent deeper vulnerability from surfacing, while other parts hold anxiety, fear, or overwhelm. Anna helps you map these roles, understand their intentions, and access the grounded Self — the compassionate center of the system. From this place, you can engage with parts more effectively, reduce internal conflict, and develop more adaptive ways of responding to stress and relational challenges.
Gestalt helps you stay grounded in what you’re feeling in the moment, while IFS clarifies the internal dynamics and protective patterns underneath those feelings. Together, they create a steady, integrative way of working — supporting emotional regulation, deeper insight, and changes that hold up in real life.
