Yoga

Anna Hindell has been teaching and studying yoga for over 12 years. Anna believes that yoga has something to offer everyone. She teaches advanced practitioners and beginners, children and adults, individuals and groups. Anna’s teaching is precise with the alignment principles of Iyengar yoga. Anna is currently enrolled in the two year Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training at the New York Institute. She has traveled to Pune, India and studied with the Iyengar Family in 2009.

Anna’s yoga sessions challenge students physically while encouraging students to explore a deeper understanding of themselves. Anna integrates her knowledge of the mind-body relationship into tailoring yoga sessions to the individual.

Yoga for Everyone

Anna has taught yoga to children, adults in hospital settings, community mental health settings for adults and teenagers, public schools, and privately for individuals with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, eating disorders, bipolar disorder and depression.
