I am a Gestalt-oriented psychotherapist and yoga instructor. Through both approaches, I help adolescents, adults, seniors, and couples to understand their needs and reach their goals. Depending on your needs, some sessions may be primarily talk-therapy, some may be yoga, and others may be a combination of the two.
The foundations of both Gestalt Psychotherapy and yoga are rooted in understanding the relationship between the body and the mind. Working with both approaches, I can help you to explore behaviors and thought patterns that have resulted in depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, and relationship problems. You will uncover new possibilities and perspectives through a trusting relationship, safe environment, and attention to your thoughts, physical sensations, and breath.
