I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist based in New York City, with over two decades of experience helping adults who feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected find greater ease and clarity in their lives.
My path began in my twenties, when I entered therapy with a Gestalt therapist who helped me see myself with honesty and compassion. That experience changed everything — it deepened my self-understanding, built confidence, and inspired me to become a therapist.
While earning my Master’s in Social Work at NYU, I began studying Iyengar yoga, which deepened my appreciation for the mind-body connection. I later became a certified teacher and still draw from that training — not through physical postures, but through awareness, grounding, and presence.
Today, my work integrates Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mind-body awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves and move through life with greater authenticity and balance.
It’s an honor to do this work — to witness people growing in self-trust, awareness, and courage as they learn to listen inwardly and make meaningful change.
The Four Foundations
Therapy with me is active and experiential — not just talking about your life but exploring what’s happening in the moment. I help clients slow down, tune into what’s happening in their bodies, and notice the thoughts, sensations, and emotions that shape their experience. These Four Foundations shape every aspect of my work. Together, they create a therapeutic process that’s grounded, experiential, and transformative.
Integrative Therapy
I draw from both Gestalt and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you connect with your thoughts, emotions, and body in the present moment — deepening self-awareness and understanding
2. mind-body awareness
As a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, I bring an embodied perspective to therapy. Through gentle attention to breath, sensation, and the body, we cultivate grounded awareness that supports lasting emotional regulation.
3. collaborative exploration
Therapy is a partnership. We explore your patterns and experiences together — building trust, curiosity, and compassion as you develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
4. sustained growth
Our work extends into your daily life. I help you develop tools that support clarity, balance, and a deeper sense of self-trust over time.
